We deliver worldwide (shipping rates vary).

We provide FREE shipping for delivery within Malaysia for orders above RM150 West Malaysia, and RM300 East Malaysia.

Delivery to West Malaysia:

Delivery: 2-5 Business Days

Shipping Cost: RM10

Free Shipping for orders of RM150 and above

Delivery to East Malaysia:

Delivery: 5-10 Business Days

Shipping Cost: RM20

Free Shipping for orders of RM300 and above

Orders will be processed and prepared for delivery within 5 working days from the date of order placement. You will receive an order fulfilment email once your order has been processed.

The estimated delivery time will be between 2 to 10 business days after fulfilment, depending on the delivery address.

*Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, customs clearance, or weather conditions.

Please note that all orders are shipped from Malaysia. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

Once item has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number and it is the customer's responsibility to track the parcel. We advise for customers to request/purchase insurance from the post company in the event of lost parcel. Taiping Living Resources will not be responsible for lost parcels.

For security purposes, we do not deliver to a PO Box address. In the event you have chosen a PO Box address as your destination address, we will send you an email requesting you to choose an alternative address.

Tracking numbers will be provided once items have been shipped.

All orders require a signature upon receipt.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All goods sold are non-refundable.

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 calendar days of delivery, under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return:

  • Handcrafted items that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.

  • Items returned must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

  • You must provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Perishable items (e.g., live herbal plants, dried herbs, consumables)

  • Digital services, workshops, or guidance sessions (unless cancelled or failed to be delivered)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Custom orders and sale items are non-refundable.

RETURN PROCESS

Email us at help@mytaipingliving.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s)

  • Reason for return

Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over RM100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
